The company is owned by Navigare Ventures, Chalmers Holding and WACQT Researchers AB, i.e. the researchers in the WACQT research programme that has decided to become shareholders and sign the option agreement. 70% of the shares in WACQT-IP are owned by the researchers.

WACQT Researchers AB is the company to which interested researchers from the WACQT research programme link through buying shares in the company. In addition to having shares in WACQT Researchers AB, they sign option and transfer agreement with WACQT-IP AB. All commercial costs are taken by WACQT-IP, but all development activities is in close collaboration with the researchers involved.
